Our Story

53 Catering grew from a love of good food, good people, and bringing the two together.

Its story began with five local owners and restaurant concepts that included Marley’s, La Jolla, and Good Thyme. Together, they laid the foundation for what would become 53 Catering. Since 2015, 53 has grown into a trusted part of weddings, company gatherings, private events, aviation, and memorable days across Utah.

Today, with Kyler Roney as owner, the heart of the company remains simple: make great food, take care of people, and create an experience worth remembering.
