53 Catering Menus
See What’s Cooking.
From boxed lunches and full buffets to breakfast, cakes and specialty menus from our local partners, we have enough options to cater to almost any event.

Standard Buffet Menu
Our most-requested menu: two entrées, two sides and a dessert, served as a full buffet spread with salad, rolls and drinks.
Choose two entrées from carved prime rib with au jus, coconut chorizo chicken, butter chicken curry, rosemary braised beef, tri-tip with chimichurri, or a vegetarian stuffed mushroom. Round it out with two sides, goat cheese whipped potatoes, maple roasted carrots, herbed rice pilaf, grilled veggies with balsamic glaze, or lemon and herb roasted asparagus, and a dessert: triple fudge brownie, brown butter rice krispy, or a cookie trio.
It is the same format our wedding and corporate clients ask for again and again, and the one most guests already know by name.
Executive Buffet Menu
A step up on every course, from tenderloin medallions and citrus seared salmon to crème brûlée.
Entrées include tenderloin medallions with mango chutney, citrus seared salmon filet, lemon roasted chicken, spicy chicken tortellini pasta, pancetta carbonara pasta, or champagne portobello mushroom for a vegetarian option, paired with sides like garlic whipped potatoes, herb roasted polenta, mashed sweet potatoes, citrus infused rice pilaf, or green beans with pesto.
Dessert options include raspberry cheesecake, triple chocolate mousse cake, lemon custard cake, or crème brûlée, finishing the meal at the same elevated level as the entrées.

Hors d’Oeuvres & Charcuterie
Built for cocktail hours and lighter gatherings, or as an appetizer spread alongside a full meal.
Small bites include charcuterie bites, honey sriracha meatballs, tortellini pesto skewers, bruschetta, stuffed mushrooms, pork potstickers, beef Wellingtons, and mozzarella bites. Gourmet appetizers add salted pretzel and cheese fondue, shrimp cocktail, teriyaki beef skewers, a crudités platter, jalapeño poppers, and soup shooters.
Our charcuterie board rounds it out with Creminelli meats, Beehive cheese, local honey, fresh and dried fruit, toasted nuts, olives and mustard, and crackers, a real spread, not a garnish.
Seasonal Menus
A rotating seasonal menu that shifts with what is fresh, plus an Executive Menu available every day of the year.
Spring brings dishes like citrus braised chicken, house-made falafel, and pistachio mini cakes with blackberry frosting; summer moves toward blackened salmon, chile verde pork, and cherry pecan salad; fall leans into braised short ribs, pumpkin coconut chicken curry, and a maple pecan salad, each with its own dessert lineup, from lemon posset in spring to pumpkin chai pie in fall.
The Executive Menu offers a standing, more elevated option: a full charcuterie board, fresh focaccia and dinner rolls, salads like kale Caesar and berry-and-balsamic, entrées ranging from lemon chicken to citrus seared salmon, and a dessert spread that includes a full soda bar and fried donut holes. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available on every seasonal and Executive menu on request.
